Bill Robertson has 17 years with the California Air Resources Board. He spent a decade measuring heavy duty vehicle and equipment exhaust emissions, assessing aftertreatment devices and alternative fuels and developing test methods.

He currently is a technology advisor to CARB’s heavy duty regulatory development and incentive activities while also serving as a liaison to allied states and jurisdictions considering locally leveraging California programs.
